Office visits are by appointment only. Please let the receptionist know the nature of your problem, so that the appropriate time will be scheduled for your visit. If, for any reason, you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify the office 24 hours in advance.

Wednesday 8:30am - 4:00pm
Thursday 8:30am - 6:00pm
Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm
Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm

For after hours medical emergencies, please call 911.

Cancellation Policy
A $25 fee will be added to your account for any missed (No Show) appointment. Regretfully, we had to implement this policy in order to give other patients the opportunity to be cared for in a timely manner. This will also ensure that our providers' times are efficiently utilized. We therefore request that you call 24-hours prior to your appointed time either to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment.
